Essential Job Functions:
1-2 years of clerical experience
Excellent phone and writing skills
Handle Project administrative duties
Assist Managers with daily activities
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors and field crew
Ability to multitask and have good follow-through skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Keep accurate filing
Maintain a clean, organized and friendly work environment
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
